HEATER MAIN RELAY

INSPECTION

1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
2. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM RH
3. REMOVE HEATER MAIN RELAY




a. Remove the 2 No.3 junction block set nuts.
b. Loosen the bolt and disconnect the connector.
c. Pull the junction block.




d. Remove the heater main relay from junction block.







4. INSPECT HEATER MAIN RELAY CONTINUITY
If continuity is not as specified, replace the relay.

5. INSTALL HEATER MAIN RELAY TO NO.3 JUNCTION BLOCK
6. INSTALL 2 NO.3 JUNCTION BLOCK SET NUTS
7. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM RH
8. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
