DIAGNOSIS




If the skid control ECU detects a malfunction, the ABS, BRAKE, VSC TRAC warning lights and the VSC OFF, SLIP, DAC indicator lights will come on to warn the driver. The table indicates which lights will come on when there is a malfunction in a particular function.




- The DTCs are simultaneously stored in the memory. The DTCs can be read by connecting the SST between terminals TC and CG of the DLC3 and observing the blinking of the ABS and VSC TRAC warning lights, or by connecting the hand held tester.

- This system has a signal check function (test mode). The DTC can be read by connecting the hand held tester and observing the blinking of the ABS and VSC TRAC warning lights.
