Reassembly

AIR CONDITIONING: REAR COOLING UNIT: REASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (REAR)






(a) Install the 2 O-rings to the evaporator sub-assembly (rear).
2. INSTALL REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE






(a) Install the rear cooling unit expansion valve.
3. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING TUBE ASSEMBLY






(a) Install the 2 O-rings to the air conditioning tube assembly.
(b) Using a hexagon wrench 4.0 mm (0.15 in.), install the 2 hexagon bolts and the air conditioning tube assembly.
4. INSTALL COOLER UNIT CASE






(a) Install the 2 cooler unit cases with the 7 screws, install the 4 claws and the clamp.






(b) Install the 2 brackets and the 6 screws.
5. INSTALL COOLER UNIT DRAIN HOSE NO. 1
6. INSTALL COOLER NO. 2 THERMISTOR






(a) Install the cooler No. 2 thermistor.
7. INSTALL COOLER AIR DUCT NO. 1






(a) Install the cooler air duct No. 1 with the 3 screws and the clamp.
8. INSTALL BLOWER RESISTOR TRANSISTOR ASSEMBLY






(a) Install the blower resistor transistor assembly and the 2 screws.
9. INSTALL BLOWER W/ FAN (REAR) MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY






(a) Install the blower w/ fan (rear) motor sub-assembly with the 3 screws.
10. INSTALL WIRING AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS SUB-ASSEMBLY






(a) Install the wiring air conditioning harness sub-assembly with the 7 clamps.
(b) Connect the connectors.
11. INSTALL COOLER RELAY






(a) Install the cooler relay assembly.
(b) Connect the connector.
