EGR Tube: Service and Repair

EGR Valve To Exhaust Manifold Tube:

REMOVAL
^ Remove throttle body air inlet tube.
^ Disconnect DPFE solenoid hoses from EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube.
^ Disconnect EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube at EGR valve and exhaust manifold.
^ Remove EGR valve tube to manifold connector from exhaust manifold if required.

INSTALLATION
^ To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube to EGR valve and exhaust manifold to 41 Nm (30 ft lb).
