P0100 MAF sensor circuit malfunction
• The PCM monitors input voltage from MAF sensor/IAT sensor No.2 when engine is running. If the PCM detects either of the following conditions, the PCM determines that the MAF circuit has a malfunction.
-
― Input voltage at PCM terminal 4E is below 0.25 V.
― Input voltage at PCM terminal 4E is above 4.90 V.
P0105 Boost sensor circuit malfunction
• The PCM monitors the input voltage from the boost sensor when the engine switch is turned to the ON position. If the PCM detects either of the following conditions, the PCM determines that the boost sensor circuit has a malfunction.

― Input voltage at PCM terminal 1P is below 0.19 V.
― Input voltage at PCM terminal 1P is above 4.90 V.
P0110 IAT sensor No.1 circuit malfunction
• The PCM monitors the IAT sensor No.1 signal at PCM terminal 1J. If the voltage at PCM terminal 1J is below 0.14 V or above 4.90 V, the PCM determines that the IAT sensor No.1 circuit has a malfunction.
P0115 ECT sensor circuit malfunction
• The PCM monitors the ECT sensor signal at PCM terminal 1T. If the voltage at PCM terminal 1T is below 0.19 V or above 4.90 V, the PCM determines that the ECT sensor circuit has a malfunction.
P0120 APP sensor circuit malfunction
• The PCM monitors the APP sensor signal at PCM terminal 1R. If the PCM detects either of the following conditions, the PCM determines that the APP sensor circuit has a malfunction.

― Input voltage at PCM terminal 1R is below 0.29 V.
― Input voltage at PCM terminal 1R is above 4.80 V.
― Input voltage at PCM terminal 1R is above 1.35 V with idle switch ON.
• The PCM monitors the difference in voltage between the main circuit and the monitor circuit of the APP sensor. If the difference in voltage between PCM terminal 1R and 2C is above 0.90 V, the PCM determines that the APP sensor has a malfunction.
P0180 Fuel temperature sensor malfunction
• The PCM monitors the fuel temperature sensor signal at PCM terminal 1L. If the voltage at the PCM terminal 1L is below 0.19 V or above 4.59 V, the PCM determines that the fuel temperature sensor circuit has a malfunction.
P0251 Injection amount control system malfunction
• The PCM monitors the difference in voltage between the target injection amount and the actual injection amount while the engine is running. If the difference in voltage is above the threshold for 0.5 s, the PCM determines that the injection amount control system is malfunctioning.
P0335 CKP sensor circuit malfunction
• If the PCM does not receive an input signal from the CKP sensor when the engine is running, the PCM determines that the CKP sensor circuit has a malfunction.
P0400 EGR system malfunction
• The PCM monitors the EGR valve position sensor signal at PCM terminal 1F. If the voltage at PCM terminal 1F is below 0.66 V when the engine is idling, the PCM determines that the EGR system has a malfunction.
P0500 VSS circuit malfunction
• If the PCM detects the following conditions, the PCM determines that the VSS circuit has a malfunction:

― Gear is in position other than neutral.
― Engine speed is above 4,000 rpm.
― Vehicle speed is below 3.76 km/h {2.33 mph}.
P0510 Idle switch malfunction
• If the PCM detects the following conditions, the PCM determines that idle switch has a malfunction:

― Output voltage from the APP sensor is above 1.35 V with the idle switch on.
― Output voltage from the APP sensor is below 0.86 V with the idle switch off.
P0606 PCM malfunction
• PCM detects an internal malfunction.
P1110 IAT sensor No.2 circuit malfunction
• The PCM monitors the IAT sensor No.2 signal at PCM terminal 3D. If the voltage at PCM terminal 3D is below 0.13 V or above 4.90 V, the PCM determines that the IAT sensor No.2 circuit has a malfunction.
P1182 Fuel cut solenoid valve malfunction
• If the engine switch is turned off while the engine is running, and the decrease in engine speed is 200 rpm or less for 2 seconds after the engine switch is turned off, the PCM determines that the fuel cut solenoid valve has a malfunction.
P1189 Fuel pump speed sensor circuit malfunction
• The PCM monitors the fuel pump speed sensor signal at PCM terminal 2D and 2K. If the difference between engine speeds detected by the fuel pump speed sensor and the CKP sensor is 500 rpm or more for 1s continuously under the following conditions, the PCM determines that the fuel pump speed sensor circuit has a malfunction.

― The engine speed detected by the fuel pump speed sensor is lower than that detected by the CKP sensor
― The engine is running
P1195 BARO sensor circuit malfunction
• The PCM monitors the input voltage from the BARO sensor integrated in the PCM. If the input voltage from the BARO sensor is below 1.50 V or above 4.50 V, the PCM determines that the BARO sensor circuit is malfunctioning.
P1226 CS sensor circuit malfunction
• The PCM monitors the input voltage from the CS sensor. If the input voltage from the CS sensor is below 0.23 V or above 4.68 V, the PCM determines that the CS sensor circuit is malfunctioning.
P1312 TCV circuit malfunction
• The PCM monitors the difference in voltage between the target injection timing and the actual injection timing while the ECT is above 80°C {176°F} and the engine is running. If the difference in voltage is above the threshold for 12.75 s, the PCM determines that the injection timing control system is malfunctioning.
P1318 Timer position sensor circuit malfunction
• The PCM monitors the input voltage from the timer position sensor. If the input voltage from the timer position sensor is below 0.25 V or above 4.90 V, the PCM determines that the timer position sensor circuit is malfunctioning.
P1402 EGR valve position sensor circuit malfunction
• If the PCM detects that the EGR valve position sensor voltage at PCM terminal 1F is below 0.10 V or above 4.90 V after engine start, the PCM determines that the EGR valve position circuit has a malfunction.
P1649 Injection pump EPROM circuit malfunction
• If PCM cannot access to the injection pump EPROM, the PCM determines that the injection pump EPROM circuit a has malfunction.
