•  There are one intake valve and one exhaust valve per cylinder head.

•  The intake and exhaust valves are different.

•  The intake and exhaust valve springs are unequal pitch type. They are installed with the narrow pitch toward the cylinder head.

•  Two valve springs (inner valve spring and outer valve spring) are inserted in each valve to prevent surging.

•  The intake and exhaust valve spring seats (upper and lower) are interchangeable.

•  The valve seals are the same for intake and exhaust.

•  The valve keepers for the intake and exhaust valves are both fixed (non-floating) type.
