•  The FIP uses the boost compensator which controls the fuel injection amount in proportion to the charging pressure.
•  Due to the adoption of the dashpot, the control lever returns slowly. This prevents the sudden reduction in the amount of fuel injected during deceleration, thereby reducing the shock that the driver receives.
•  The FICD uses the FICD actuator to control the idle speed when the engine is started with the engine cold.
