INSPECT CONVENTIONAL FRONT DIFFERENTIAL PARTS.
• Are they OK?

Replace defective part(s).

VERIFY THERE IS NO NOISE.
• Has front differential noise stopped?

Yes

Troubleshooting completed. Explain repairs to customer.

Inspect malfunction symptoms again, then repeat from Step 1 if malfunction occurs again.
