1. Jack up the vehicle and support it on safety stands.

2. Remove the transfer neutral switch.

3. Inspect for continuity at the switch using a tester.

• If not correct, replace the transfer neutral switch.

4. Install the transfer neutral switch.

Tightening torque

25—34 N·m {2.6—3.4 kgf·m, 19—25 ft·lbf}
