DESCRIPTION

• Does not downshift when accelerator pedal is fully depressed within kickdown range.

POSSIBLE CAUSE

• If the transmission does not downshift though shifting is normal, the malfunction is in accelerator pedal position sensor circuit (including sensor ground, sensor harness and connector).
