2. Front door installation
1) Install the front door to the body.
Caution
- Do not reuse the bolt.
Tightening torque: 34 N・m { 3.5 kgf・m / 25 lb・ft } Hinge bolt
2) Install the door check arm to the body.
Tightening torque: 24 N・m { 2.4 kgf・m / 18 lb・ft } Check arm bolt
3. Door harness connect
1) Connect the door harness and install the harness bracket.
4. Front door adjustment
1) Loosen the body bolt and hinge bolt and adjust the gap between the front door and body.
2) Loosen the door striker screw.
3) Adjust the position of the door striker by applying a wood block and tapping with a hammer.
4) Referring to the diagram, adjust the installation position of the front door.
Refer to "210.Body, Cab, Accessories 23B.Maintenance Information primary specifications of body, cab, accessories".
5. Dash side trim pad installation
1) Install the dash side trim pad to the body.

1) Install the front door finisher to the body.
7. Front sill plate installation
1) Install the front sill plate to the floor.

8. Preliminary and post procedures
1. Post procedures
1) Connect the battery cable to the battery negative terminal.
2) Referring to the following, perform the setting of the front door power window switch with AUTO UP/AUTO DOWN function.
Refer to "9.Body, Cab, Accessories 9T.Glass, Windows, Mirrors front door power window switch setting".
3) Close the engine hood.
