2. Front seat headrest removal

1) Remove the front seat headrest from the driver seat.

3. Front buckle side seat belt removal

1) Disconnect the connector from the front buckle side seat belt.

2) Disconnect the seat belt switch harness from the seat.

3) Remove the front buckle side seat belt from the seat.

4. Reclining cover removal

1. Manual control seat

1) Remove the reclining lever from the driver seat.

2) For seats with height control, remove the height adjustment lever from the driver seat.

3) Remove the reclining cover and side cover from the driver seat.

Note

  • Disengage the claw section and clip, and pull out the reclining cover forward.

Without height control

2. Power seat

1) Remove the reclining cover and side cover from the driver seat.

Note

  • Disengage the claw section and clip, and pull out the reclining cover forward.

2) Disconnect the connector from the reclining cover.

3) Remove the switch knob from the reclining cover.

4) Remove the power seat switch from the reclining cover.

5. Front seat back removal

1) Remove the headrest holder from the front seat back.

2) For models with seat heaters, disconnect the connector.

3) For models with lumber supports, remove the lumber support knob.

4) Remove the front seat back from the front seat frame.

6. Front seat back disassembly

1. Models without far side airbags and knee airbags

Caution

  • For models with side airbags and far side airbags, do not disassemble the front seat back.

1) Remove the front seat back cover and front seat back pad from the front seat back frame.

2) Remove the front seat back cover from the front seat back pad.

Note

  • Referring to the diagram, press the fastener on the front seat back pad side, and slowly raise the front seat back cover.

  • Referring to the diagram, disengage the hog ring.

7. Seat cushion removal

1) Disconnect the connector as necessary.

2) Remove the resin hook of the seat cushion cover from the seat frame.

3) Pull the seat cushion cover of the seat cushion rear end out of the gap between the seat cushion and the seat back, and remove the seat cushion from the seat frame.

8. Seat cushion disassembly

1) Remove the seat cushion cover from the seat cushion pad.

Note

  • Referring to the diagram, disengage the hog ring.

  • Referring to the diagram, hold the fastener on the seat cushion pad side, and slowly raise the seat cushion cover.

9. Seat slide adjuster removal

1. Manual control seat

1) Remove the cover from the seat cushion frame.

2) Remove the seat slide adjuster from the seat cushion frame.
