Rear body installation

1. Rear body installation

1) Install the lifting wire to the rear body hook and lift the rear body.

Legend

  1. Hook

Caution

  • When lifting the rear body, do not bring it into contact with the cab body.

2) Install the bolts to the rear body and frame.

Tightening torque: 106 N・m { 10.8 kgf・m / 78 lb・ft }

3) Install the clips to the rear body and frame.

Regular cab

2. Filler neck installation

Refer to "1.Engine 1C.Fuel System(RZ4E-TC) filler neck installation".

Refer to "1.Engine 1C.Fuel System(4JJ3 without DPD) filler neck installation".

Refer to "1.Engine 1C.Fuel System(4JJ3 with DPD) filler neck installation".

3. Fuel filler lid cable connect

1) Connect the fuel filler lid cable to the rear body.

Caution

  • Do not bend the cable excessively.

4. Chassis harness connect

1) Connect the rear combination light harness.

2) Connect the license light harness.

5. Preliminary and post procedures

1. Post procedures

1) Connect the battery cable to the battery negative terminal.

2) Referring to the following, perform the setting of the front door power window switch with AUTO UP/AUTO DOWN function.

Refer to "9.Body, Cab, Accessories 9T.Glass, Windows, Mirrors front door power window switch setting".

3) Close the engine hood.
