1. Glow plug inspection

1. Visual inspection

1) Inspect for a blown fuse.

2) Inspect the glow plug for the following.

  • Excessive wear
  • Damage

Note

  • Replace the glow plug if a malfunction is found.

2. Resistance measurement

1) Measure the glow plug resistance using a DMM.

Standard: 1.4 Ω Reference
