Evaporator core removal

1. Models with auto A/C

1) Remove the foot ducts from the heater evaporator unit.

Legend

2) Remove the packing from the heater evaporator unit.

3) Remove the heater pipe protector from the heater evaporator unit.

4) Remove the heater core cover from the heater evaporator unit.

Legend

5) Remove the heater core from the heater evaporator unit.

Legend

1. Models with auto A/C

1) Remove the heater evaporator unit case as a set with the evaporator core from the heater evaporator unit.

Legend

2. Models with manual A/C

1) Remove the packing from the heater evaporator unit.

Legend

2) Remove the heater evaporator unit case from the heater evaporator unit.

1. Models with auto A/C

1) Remove the expansion valve from the evaporator core.

2) Remove the evaporator temperature sensor from the evaporator core.

3) Remove the evaporator core from the heater evaporator unit case.

2. Models with manual A/C

1) Remove the evaporator temperature sensor from the evaporator core.

2) Remove the evaporator core from the heater evaporator unit.
