1. EGR cooler bypass valve inspection
1) Install the vacuum pump to the actuator.
2) Apply the standard vacuum to the actuator, and inspect that the lever operates.
Standard: 60 kPa { 0.6 kgf/cm2 / -450 mmHg } Vacuum
