1. Engine hood lock installation
1) For models with engine hood lock switches, connect the connector to the engine hood lock switch.
2) Connect the engine hood control cable to the engine hood lock.
3) Temporarily tighten the engine hood lock to the vehicle.
4) Position the hood so that the level difference between the hood and the fender becomes the specified value.

Dimensions
a. Specified dimension: -2.3 to -5.7 mm {-0.09 to -0.22 in}
5) Final tighten the engine hood lock.
Tightening torque: 10 N・m { 1.0 kgf・m / 89 lb・in }
2. Front bumper installation
1) Install the front bumper to the vehicle.

2) Install the front bumper support to vehicle.
3) Install the soft nose to the front bumper support.

4) Connect the connector to the front bumper.
5) Install the intake air duct to the air cleaner box and radiator core support.

3. Preliminary and post procedures
1. Post procedures
1) Connect the battery cable to the battery negative terminal.
2) Referring to the following, perform the setting of the front door power window switch with AUTO UP/AUTO DOWN function.
Refer to "9.Body, Cab, Accessories 9T.Glass, Windows, Mirrors front door power window switch setting".
3) Close the engine hood.
