2. Front sill plate removal

1. Extend cab

1) Remove the front sill plate from the floor.

1. Extend cab

1) Remove the front door finisher from the body.

4. Rear sill plate removal

1. Crew cab

1) Remove the rear sill plate from the floor.

5. Rear door finisher removal

1. Crew cab

1) Remove the rear door finisher from the body.

6. Rear end upper trim cover removal

1) Remove the rear end upper trim cover from the body panel.

Models without center top tethers (bracket type)

7. Rear pillar trim cover removal

1) Remove the rear pillar lower trim cover from the rear pillar.

2. Extend cab

1) Remove the rear end trim cover from the body panel.

2) Remove the seat belt lower anchor bolt from the floor panel.

3) Remove the rear pillar lower trim cover from the rear pillar.

8. Rear tongue side seat belt (center) disconnect

1. Crew cab

1) Pull down the nylon cover of buckle A.

Legend

  2. Nylon cover

2) Insert latch plate B into the release slot and disconnect latch plate A from buckle A.

Caution

  • When retracting the belt, be sure to hold latch plate A by hand so as not to damage a nearby window or trim.

3) Return the nylon cover to the original position.

9. Rear tongue side seat belt removal

1. Crew cab

1) Disconnect the seat belt guide from the rear seat headrest.

2) Pull the seat back folding strap and tilt the seat back.

3) Remove the rear tongue side seat belt from the vehicle.

2. Extend cab

1) Remove the seat belt upper anchor bolt from the rear pillar.
