2. Window regulator handle removal

1. Models without power windows

1) Remove the window regulator handle from the front door.

3. Front door power window switch removal

1. Models with power windows

1) Remove the armrest from the front door trim pad.

Note

  • The armrest for Australia cannot be disconnected completely from the front door trim pad.

For Australia

2) Remove the front door power window switch from the front door trim pad.

For Australia

3) Disconnect the connector from the front door power window switch.

4. Door mirror cover removal

1) Remove the door mirror cover from the front door.

5. Front door trim pad removal

1) Open the garnish and cover with a small flathead screwdriver, etc., and remove the screws.

2) Pull out the clips of the front door trim pad.

3) Remove the front door trim pad from the front door.

Models with power windows

4) Disconnect the door lock cable from the inside lever.

6. Inside lever removal

1) Remove the inside lever from the front door trim pad.

7. Outside rearview mirror removal

1) Disconnect the connector from the outside rearview mirror.

2) Remove the outside rearview mirror from the front door.

8. Outer waist seal removal

1) Remove the outer waist seal from the front door.

9. Bracket removal

1) Remove the bracket from the front door.

10. Door speaker removal

1) Disconnect the connector from the front door speaker.

2) Remove the front door speaker from the front door.

11. Waterproof sheet removal

1) Remove the water proof sheet from the front door.

12. Glass-run rear channel removal

1) Remove the glass-run rear channel from the front door.

13. Front door glass removal

1) Remove the front door glass from the front door.

Caution

  • Do not reuse the bolt.

14. Glass-run removal

1) Remove the glass-run from the front door.

15. Window regulator removal

1) For models with power windows, disconnect the connector from the power window motor.

2) Remove the window regulator from the front door.

Caution

  • Do not reuse the bolt.

16. Door lock removal

1) Disconnect the connector from the door lock.

2) Disconnect the rod from the outside handle bracket and key cylinder.

3) Remove the door lock from the front door .

17. Key cylinder removal

1) Remove the cover from the front door.

2) Loosen the handle cap screw.

3) Remove the handle cap from the front door.

4) Remove the key cylinder from the handle cap.

18. Front door outside handle removal

1. Models with the passive entry and start system

1) Disconnect the connector from the outside handle.

2) Disconnect the clip from the outside handle bracket.

3) Remove the outside handle from the front door.

4) Remove the sheet from the front door.

5) Remove the outside handle bracket from the front door.

2. Models without the passive entry and start system

1) Remove the outside handle from the front door.

19. Front door check arm removal

1) Remove the front door check arm from the front door.

20. Weather strip removal

1) Remove the weather strip from the front door.

1) Remove the door harness from the front door.
