1. Wiper blade removal
1. Design blade type
1) Raise the wiper arm until it becomes perpendicular to the ground.
2) Pull up the tab.

3) Slide the wiper blade in the direction of the arrow to remove it from the wiper arm.
2. Flat blade type
Caution
- Before replacing the flat-blade-type wiper blade, be sure to set the wiper arm to the service position.
1) Turn OFF the wiper switch.
Note
- At this time, check that the engine hood is closed.
2) Turn ON the ignition switch, and then turn it OFF immediately.
3) Pull up and keep the wiper switch in the "WASHER" position.
4) Check that the wiper position can be set to the service position.
Note
- If the wiper position cannot be set to the service position, start over again from the beginning.

5) Raise the wiper arm until it becomes perpendicular to the ground.
6) While pressing the lock button, slide the wiper blade in the direction of the arrow to remove it from the wiper arm.
