Front fender panel installation

Tightening torque

2: 7.0 N・m { 0.7 kgf・m / 62 lb・in }

5: 1.7 N・m { 0.17 kgf・m / 15.0 lb・in }

1) Install the front fender panel to vehicle.

Tightening torque: 7.0 N・m { 0.7 kgf・m / 62 lb・in }

2) Install the bumper side retainer to the front fender panel.

Tightening torque: 1.7 N・m { 0.17 kgf・m / 15.0 lb・in }

3) Inspect the clearance between the front fender panel and the front door.

Dimensions

a. Clearance: 4.5 mm {0.17 in}

b. Height, level difference: Same flush surface
