1. Euro4 specifications

1) Temporarily tighten front exhaust pipe A and the gasket to the catalytic converter.

2) Temporarily tighten front exhaust pipe A to the engine in the order shown in the diagram.

3) Final tighten front exhaust pipe A to the catalytic converter.

Tightening torque: 67 N・m { 6.8 kgf・m / 49 lb・ft }

4) Final tighten front exhaust pipe A to the engine in the order shown in the diagram.

Tightening torque: 52 N・m { 5.3 kgf・m / 38 lb・ft }

5) Install front exhaust pipe B and the gasket to front exhaust pipe A.

Tightening torque: 43 N・m { 4.4 kgf・m / 32 lb・ft }

6) Install the front hanger rubber to the front exhaust pipe.

7) Install the silencer hanger rubber to the exhaust silencer.

8) Install the exhaust silencer and gasket to the front exhaust pipe.

Tightening torque: 43 N・m { 4.4 kgf・m / 32 lb・ft }

9) Install the rear hanger rubber to the exhaust silencer.

2. Except for Euro4 specifications

1) Install front exhaust pipe A and gasket to the exhaust pipe adapter.

Tightening torque: 67 N・m { 6.8 kgf・m / 49 lb・ft }

2) Temporarily tighten the exhaust pipe adapter and gasket to the turbocharger.

3) Temporarily tighten the bracket to the cylinder block and exhaust pipe adapter.

4) Temporarily tighten front exhaust pipe A to the engine in the order shown in the diagram.

5) Final tighten the exhaust pipe adapter to the turbocharger in the order shown in the diagram.

Tightening torque: 52 N・m { 5.3 kgf・m / 38 lb・ft }

6) Final tighten front exhaust pipe A to the engine in the order shown in the diagram.

Tightening torque: 47 N・m { 4.8 kgf・m / 35 lb・ft }

7) Final tighten the bracket to the cylinder block and exhaust pipe adapter in the order shown in the diagram.

8) Install front exhaust pipe B and the gasket to front exhaust pipe A.

Tightening torque: 43 N・m { 4.4 kgf・m / 32 lb・ft }

9) Install the front hanger rubber to the front exhaust pipe.

10) Install the silencer hanger rubber to the exhaust silencer.

11) Install the exhaust silencer and gasket to the front exhaust pipe.

Tightening torque: 43 N・m { 4.4 kgf・m / 32 lb・ft }

12) Install the rear hanger rubber to the exhaust silencer.

1) Install the cross member to the frame.

Tightening torque: 51 N・m { 5.2 kgf・m / 38 lb・ft }
