Air cleaner element inspection (RZ4E-TC)

1. Air cleaner element inspection

1) Inspect the air cleaner element for the following.

  • Excessive fouling
  • Breakage

Note

  • Clean or replace if there is fouling.
  • Replace the air cleaner element if damage is found.

2. Air cleaner element cleaning

1) Clean the air cleaner element using air.

Note

  • Clean the air element by applying compressed air from the clean side of the element.

690 kPa or less { 7.0 kgf/cm2 or less / 100 psi or less } Air pressure
