Rear door installation

Part name

Tightening torque

1: 34 N・m { 3.5 kgf・m / 25 lb・ft }

5: 24 N・m { 2.4 kgf・m / 18 lb・ft }

1) Install the rear door to the body.

Tightening torque: 34 N・m { 3.5 kgf・m / 25 lb・ft } Hinge bolt

2) Install the door check arm to the body.

Tightening torque: 24 N・m { 2.4 kgf・m / 18 lb・ft } Check arm bolt

1) Referring to the following, adjust the installation position of the rear door.

Refer to "210.Body, Cab, Accessories 23B.Maintenance Information primary specifications of body, cab, accessories".

1) Connect the door harness and install the center pillar lower trim cover.

1) Install the center pillar lower trim cover to the center pillar.

Legend

2) Install the seat belt lower anchor bolt to the center pillar.

Tightening torque: 46 N・m { 4.7 kgf・m / 34 lb・ft }

Legend

1) Install the rear door finisher to the body.

1) Install the rear sill plate to the floor.

1) Install the front door finisher to the body.

1) Install the front sill plate to the floor.

1. Post procedures

1) Connect the battery cable to the battery negative terminal.

2) Referring to the following, perform the setting of the front door power window switch with AUTO UP/AUTO DOWN function.

Refer to "9.Body, Cab, Accessories 9T.Glass, Windows, Mirrors front door power window switch setting".

3) Close the engine hood.
