1. Breather hose clip reassembly
1) Install the breather hose to the breather hose clip.
Note
- Insert until the hose end comes into contact with the guide of the breather hose clip.
- Securely lock the breather hose clip with the 6 claws to close.
Caution
- Do not set the hose on the lid side of the breather hose clip, because doing so may cause clogging.

2) Install the breather hose clip to the breather hose clip bracket.
Note
- Align the breather hose clip and breather hose clip bracket, and securely lock.
3) Connect the breather hose to the breather hose clip bracket.
Note
- Take care that the clip does not ride up the spool.
- Install so that the hose end is in the marked area.
- Install so that the length between the clip end and the hose end is within the following standard.
Standard: 3 to 6 mm { 0.12 to 0.24 in }
