1. Preliminary procedures
1) Raise the vehicle.
3. Cross member removal
1) Remove the cross member from the frame.

4. Exhaust pipe removal
1. Euro4 specifications
1) Remove the rear hanger rubber from the exhaust silencer.
2) Remove the exhaust silencer and gasket from the front exhaust pipe.
Caution
- Do not reuse the gasket.
3) Remove the silencer hanger rubber from the exhaust silencer.
4) Remove the front hanger rubber from the front exhaust pipe.
5) Remove front exhaust pipe B and the gasket from front exhaust pipe A.
Caution
- Do not reuse the gasket.
6) Remove the exhaust pipe bracket from the engine.
7) Remove front exhaust pipe A and the gasket from the catalytic converter.
Caution
- Do not reuse the gasket.
2. Except for Euro4 specifications
1) Remove the rear hanger rubber from the exhaust silencer.
2) Remove the exhaust silencer and gasket from the front exhaust pipe.
3) Remove the silencer hanger rubber from the exhaust silencer.
4) Remove the front hanger rubber from the front exhaust pipe.
5) Remove front exhaust pipe B and the gasket from front exhaust pipe A.
6) Remove front exhaust pipe A and the gasket from the exhaust pipe adapter.
7) Remove the exhaust pipe bracket from the engine.
8) Disconnect the exhaust pipe adapter from the bracket.
9) Remove the exhaust pipe adapter from the turbocharger.
10) Remove the bracket from the cylinder block.
