Intake door removal

1. Blower removal

Refer to "7.HVAC 7B.Heater Ventilator Airconditioner blower removal".

2. Pollen filter removal

1) Remove the locked sections on both ends of the cover, and remove the cover from the blower.

2) Remove the pollen filter from the blower.

3. Blower case removal

1) Remove the lower case from the upper case.

Note

  • Remove together with the blower motor.

4. Intake sub lever removal

1) Remove the intake actuator and intake sub lever from the upper case.

5. Intake lever removal

1) Remove the intake lever from the upper case.

6. Intake door removal

1) Disassemble the upper case into the right and left components, and remove the intake door from the upper case.
