Vehicle overweight

  • Inspect the cargo weight.

Breakage or warpage of the spring

  • Replace the spring.

Loose spring clip band

  • Replace.

Worn or broken spring clip band

  • Replace.

Deteriorated or degraded bushing

  • Replace.

Poor bushing lubrication

  • Grease application

Excessive bushing lubrication

  • Wipe off excessive grease.

Loose parts

  • Tighten to the specified torque.

Cracked or damaged parts

  • Replace.
