Oil pressure switch installation (4JJ3 with DPD)

Part name

Tightening torque

2: 25 N・m { 2.5 kgf・m / 18 lb・ft }

3: 15 N・m { 1.5 kgf・m / 11 lb・ft }

1) Apply LOCTITE 262 to the threaded portion of the adapter.

2) Install the adapter and gasket to the cylinder block.

Tightening torque: 25 N・m { 2.5 kgf・m / 18 lb・ft }

3) Apply LOCTITE 262 to the threaded portion of the oil pressure switch.

4) Install the oil pressure switch to the adapter.

Tightening torque: 15 N・m { 1.5 kgf・m / 11 lb・ft }

5) Connect the connector to the oil pressure switch.

1. Post procedures

1) Connect the battery cable to the battery negative terminal.

2) Referring to the following, perform the setting of the front door power window switch with AUTO UP/AUTO DOWN function.

Refer to "9.Body, Cab, Accessories 9T.Glass, Windows, Mirrors front door power window switch setting".

3) Close the engine hood.
