Rear wheel cylinder disassembly

Tightening torque

3: 14 to 18 N・m { 1.4 to 1.8 kgf・m / 10 to 13 lb・ft }

19: 6 to 8 N・m { 0.6 to 0.8 kgf・m / 53 to 71 lb・in }

1) Remove the piston from the cylinder body.

2) Remove the piston cup from the piston.

3) Remove the boot from the piston.

4) Remove the return spring from the cylinder body.

5) Remove the cap from the bleeder screw.

6) Remove the bleeder screw from the cylinder body.

7) Check part surfaces for dust or foreign material.
