Crankshaft front oil seal installation (RZ4E-TC)

1: 10.0 N・m { 1.0 kgf・m / 89 lb・in }

1) Install the crankshaft front oil seal and slinger to the crankshaft using the special tool.

SST: 5-8840-3176-0 - oil seal installer

2) Check the dimension of the crankshaft end face and crankshaft front oil seal end face.

a: 44.9 to 45.5 mm { 1.768 to 1.791 in }

3) Install the oil seal cover to the front cover.

Tightening torque: 10.0 N・m { 1.0 kgf・m / 89 lb・in }
