1. EGR gas pressure sensor installation
1) Install the EGR gas pressure sensor to the adapter.
Caution
- When installing the EGR gas pressure sensor, do not use tools that cause vibrations, such as impact wrenches.
Tightening torque: 13 N・m { 1.3 kgf・m / 115 lb・in }

1) Install the engine cover to the engine.

3. Preliminary and post procedures
1. Post procedures
1) Connect the battery cable to the battery negative terminal.
2) Referring to the following, perform the setting of the front door power window switch with AUTO UP/AUTO DOWN function.
Refer to "9.Body, Cab, Accessories 9T.Glass, Windows, Mirrors front door power window switch setting".
3) Close the engine hood.
4. EGR gas pressure sensor adjustment
1. Barometric pressure 0-point learning
1) Connect the scan tool to the DLC.
2) Turn ON the ignition switch.
3) Select the scan tool item.
- Diagnostics > Engine > 4JJ3 > Special Function > Baro Press Zero Learning Data Reset
4) Perform the barometric pressure 0-point learning by following the on-screen instructions.
5) After completing the barometric pressure 0-point learning, turn OFF the ignition switch for 30 seconds.
