Oil cooler removal (4JJ3 with DPD)

Part name

Tightening torque

3: 25 N・m { 2.5 kgf・m / 18 lb・ft }

Refer to "1.Engine 1E.Lubrication(4JJ3 with DPD) oil filter removal".

1) Remove the differential pressure sensor heat protector from the cylinder head.

2) Remove the exhaust manifold heat protector from the exhaust manifold.

3) Remove the exhaust manifold and gasket from the cylinder head.

1) Remove the turbocharger bracket from the cylinder block.

Legend

1) Remove the oil feed upper pipe from the cylinder head and oil cooler.

2) Remove the oil feed lower pipe from the cylinder block and oil cooler.

3) Remove the oil cooler and O-ring from the cylinder block.
