Exhaust pipe inspection (RZ4E-TC)

1. Exhaust pipe vehicle inspection

1) Make sure there is no damage on the body panel around the exhaust pipe.

2) Inspect the exhaust system connections for the following.

  • Damage
  • Looseness
  • Exhaust gas leakage

3) Inspect the rubber ring for the following.

  • Damage
  • Deterioration
  • Cracking

Note

  • Repair or replace parts if a problem is identified.

4) Inspect the exhaust pipe for the following.

  • Dent
  • Cracking from corrosion

  • Repair or replace parts if a problem is identified.
