1. Stabilizer bar disassembly
1) Remove the bushing from the stabilizer bar.
2. Upper link disassembly
1) Remove the upper ball joint from the upper link.
2) Remove the bushing from the upper link.
3. Shock absorber disassembly
1) Set the shock absorber to the special tool.

- Follow the handling instructions provided by the equipment manufacturer for more details.
SST: 5-8840-2842-0 - strut spring compressor
2) Disassemble the shock absorber.
Note
- Remove the nut, and remove the coil spring.
Caution
- Do not apply an excessive load when removing.
- Keep the shock absorber away from high temperatures and open flames.
4. Lower link disassembly
1) Remove the lower ball joint from the lower link.
2) Remove the bushing from the lower link.
