Rear seat (Extend cab)

Part name

  1. Rear seat cover

  3. Rear seat cushion pad

Tightening torque

2: 46 N・m { 4.7 kgf・m / 34 lb・ft }

2. Rear seat back removal

1. Crew cab

1) Remove the rear seat back from the rear seat cushion.

  4. Hinge bracket
  5. Center hinge bracket

2) Remove the headrest from the rear seat.

3. Rear seat back disassembly

1. Crew cab

1) Remove the cushion rubber from the rear seat back.

2) Remove the headrest holder from the rear seat back.

3) Remove the armrest from the rear seat back frame.

Note

  • Remove the resin clip on the rear seat back cover and fastener.

4) Remove the rear seat back cover and rear seat back pad from the rear seat back frame.

5) Remove the rear seat back cover from the rear seat back pad.

Note

  • Referring to the diagram, hold the fastener on the seat back pad side, and slowly raise the seat back cover.

  • Referring to the diagram, disengage the hog ring.

4. Rear seat cushion disassembly

1. Crew cab

1) Remove the hinge cover from the rear seat cushion.

2) Remove the rear seat cushion cover and rear seat cushion pad from the rear seat cushion frame.

  4. Rear seat cushion cover and rear seat cushion pad (LH)

3) Remove the rear seat cushion cover from the rear seat cushion pad.

Note

  • Referring to the diagram, disengage the hog ring.

  • Referring to the diagram, hold the fastener on the seat cushion pad side, and slowly raise the seat cushion cover.

2. Extend cab

1) Disconnect the hook section and peel up the rear seat cushion cover.

2) Disengage the hog ring and disconnect the rear seat cushion cover from the rear seat cushion pad.

3) Remove the rear seat cushion cover from the rear seat cushion pad.
