Leaf rigid suspension disassembly

1. Leaf spring disassembly

1) Remove the bushing from the leaf spring using an appropriate metal tool.

Note

  • Set the leaf spring securely on a press board, and gradually increase the pressure to remove the bushing.

2) Place alignment marks on the side of each leaf.

3) Remove the center bolt from the leaf spring using a press.

Note

  • Securely press the leaf spring using a press.

Caution

  • Do not reuse the center bolt.

4) Loosen the pressure of the press and disassemble the leaf spring.
