1. Difficulty in shifting diagnostics

Insufficient gear oil or improper gear oil

  • Refill or replace.

Wear or insufficient grease on the shift lever sliding section

  • Repair or replace, lubricate with grease.

Worn shift block or shift rod sliding section

  • Replace the worn parts.

Worn shift arm or synchronizer sleeve groove

  • Replace the worn parts.

Worn thrust washer, collar, or gear thrust surface

  • Replace the worn parts.

Worn synchronizer parts

  • Replacement
