Tightening torque

4: 6.6 N・m { 0.67 kgf・m / 58 lb・in }

5: 15 N・m { 1.5 kgf・m / 11 lb・ft }

9: 52 N・m { 5.3 kgf・m / 38 lb・ft }

2. Refrigerant preparation

1) Recover the refrigerant using the refrigerant recovery equipment.

  • Refer to the instruction manual for the refrigerant recovery equipment.

3. Generator removal

Refer to "1.Engine 1J.Electrical(RZ4E-TC) generator removal".

4. A/C hose disconnect

1) Disconnect the A/C hose from the A/C pipe.

Note

  • Plug the connection to prevent foreign material from entering the A/C cycle.

2) Remove the A/C pipe from the A/C compressor.

5. A/C compressor removal

1) Disconnect the connector from the A/C compressor.

2) Remove the A/C compressor from the A/C compressor bracket.
