Idle gear disassembly (4JJ3 without DPD)

1. Idle gear disassembly

1) Remove the M6 lock bolt from idle gear A.

2) Secure the camshaft in a vise using an aluminum clasp, etc.

3) Remove the snap ring from the main gear using snap ring pliers.

4) Remove the sub gear and spring from the main gear.

  4. Spring
  5. Sub gear (Rear side)
