EGR TEMPERATURE SENSOR INSPECTION [SKYACTIV-D 2.2]

Resistance Inspection
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)
2. Remove the EGR temperature sensor. (See EGR TEMPERATURE SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-D 2.2].)
3. Place the detection part of the EGR temperature sensor in the water and while gradually increasing the water temperature, measure the resistance between EGR temperature sensor terminals A and C.
