Outline
• A straight structure has been adopted which is both highly rigid and light.
• A multi-load path structure has been adopted which assures a high level of impact safety.
• A ring structure has been adopted which improves the overall rigidity.

Construction
Straight structure
-
• The straight-shape frames create a continuous configuration from the front to the rear.
• For sections of the frame that still require some curvature, continuous bonding with the horizontal frame was implemented and a closed sectional structure was made to the maximum extent possible.
Multi-load path structure
-
• Collision impact is distributed in multiple directions and absorbed efficiently.
Ring structure
-
• Four ring structures have been created by the upper body, which include the roof rails and B-pillars, and the entire reinforcement area of the underbody.
• Cabin deformation is suppressed by creating a ring structure.
