•  The following vacuum values are indicated by relative pressure from the fuel pressure sensor.

1.   Verify that the fuel pressure sensor is normal. (See FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR INSPECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5].)

2.  Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.

3.  Warm up the engine.

4.   Select the “FUEL_PRES” PID on the M-MDS. (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5].)

5.   Is the “FUEL_PRES” PID value 3.0 MPa {31 kgf/cm2, 435 psi} or more while idling?
