REAR DOOR GARNISH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Warning

•  Using a utility knife with bare hands can cause injury. Always wear gloves when using a utility knife.

Removal

Replace parts

1.  Remove the rear beltline molding. (See REAR BELTLINE MOLDING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Remove the clip.

3.  Peel off double-sided adhesive tape using a utility knife.

4.  Pull the rear door garnish in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure.

Installation

1.  Remove any grease or dirt from the rear door garnish installation surface of the rear door.

2.  Peel off the backing of the double-sided adhesive tape and install the rear door garnish.

3.  Press the rear door garnish to adhere the double-sided adhesive tape.

4.  Install the rear beltline molding. (See REAR BELTLINE MOLDING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Peel off double-sided adhesive tape using a utility knife.

3.  Pull the rear door garnish in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure.

Installation

2.  Peel off the backing of the double-sided adhesive tape.

3.  Press the rear door garnish to adhere the double-sided adhesive tape to the rear door.
