REAR FOG LIGHT BULB REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Bulb Type

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the fasteners.

3.  Remove the service hole cover.

4.  Turn the socket counterclockwise and remove it in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure.

Caution

•  If there is oil or dirt on the surface of the light bulb, excessive heat will build up and the life of the light bulb will be shortened. If the light bulb glass area is touched, wipe off any dirt using a soft cloth dampened with detergent diluted in water (approx. 5 %).

5.  Remove the rear fog light bulb.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

LED Type

Note

•  Because the rear fog light is an LED type, it is integrated with the liftgate light.

•  When replacing the rear fog light, replace the liftgate light. (See LIFTGATE LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
