360°VIEW MONITOR CONTROL MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Type-A

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the following parts.

(1)  Passenger-side front scuff plate (See FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2)  Passenger-side front side trim (See FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3)  Passenger-side side wall (See SIDE WALL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Partially peel back the floor covering.

4.  Remove the foot support. (See FOOT SUPPORT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

5.  Remove the nuts.

6.  Remove the cover.

7.  Disconnect the connector.

8.  Remove the wiring harness clips.

9.  Remove the nuts.

10.  Remove the 360° view monitor control module component.

11.  Remove the screws.

12.  Remove the 360° view monitor control module from the bracket.

13.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

14.  Perform the 360° view monitor system aiming. (See 360°VIEW MONITOR SYSTEM AIMING.)

Type-B

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the following parts.

(1)  Passenger-side front scuff plate (See FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2)  Passenger-side front side trim (See FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3)  Passenger-side side wall (See SIDE WALL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Partially peel back the floor covering.

4.  Remove the foot support. (See FOOT SUPPORT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

5.  Remove the nuts.

6.  Remove the cover.

7.  Disconnect the connectors.

8.  Remove the wiring harness clips.

9.  Remove the nuts.

10.  Remove the 360° view monitor control module component.

11.  Remove the bolts.

12.  Remove the 360° view monitor control module.

13.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

14.  If the 360° view monitor control module is replaced, perform the following procedure.

(1)  Switch the ignition ON (engine off) and wait for 5 s or more to complete the global central configuration (GCC) for the 360° view monitor control module.

(2)  Switch the ignition OFF and wait for 5 s or more.

(3)  Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on) again and wait for 5 s or more.

(4)  Clear the DTC. (See CLEARING DTC [360°VIEW MONITOR CONTROL MODULE (TYPE-B)].)

(5)  Perform the 360° view monitor system aiming. (See 360°VIEW MONITOR SYSTEM AIMING.)
