• The intake valve and the exhaust valve are treated with the softnitriding processing to improve abrasion resistance.
• Unequal pitch beehive shape valve spring has been adopted. In addition, the upper diameter is smaller compared to the bottom diameter. As a result, fuel consumption has been improved by the reduced size of the upper valve spring seat and the reduced load on the valve spring.
• The valve guide is made of sintered alloy to improve abrasion resistance.
• The lower valve spring seat is integrated with the valve seal to simplify the unit.
