Heater control

The tank, pump, and hose of each heater operate to prevent melting and freezing of the AdBlue® according to the ambient and the AdBlue® temperature.

Urea injector control

NOx is reduced by injecting AdBlue® into the exhaust pipe based on the engine operation conditions.

Pump control

Maintains the pressure in the hose after the system operation conditions are met, and collects AdBlue® in the hose and returns it to the urea tank after the engine is stopped.

Remaining amount of AdBlue® detection control

Detects the remaining amount of AdBlue® in the urea tank.

NOx sensor activation timing control

Outputs the activation enabling signal at the point when the water in the exhaust pipe is gone to prevent NOx sensor damage.

SCR relay control

When the ignition is switched ON, the SCR relay is in the on position for a specified time.

CAN

SCR control unit sends and receives signals to and from CAN system related modules through CAN.
