DTC P062F:00	Internal control module EEPROM error
DETECTION CONDITION	• SCR control module cannot read or write data to EEPROM in SCR control unit the SCR control unit determines internal EEPROM is malfunction. Diagnostic support note • The MIL illuminates if the SCR control unit detects the above malfunction condition in first drive cycle. • The SCR warning light flashes if the SCR control unit detects the above malfunction condition in first drive cycle. • PENDING CODE is available if the SCR control unit detects the above malfunction condition during the first drive cycle. • FREEZE FRAME DATA (mode2) and snapshot data are available. • The DTC is stored in the SCR control unit memory.

Diagnostic procedure

STEP	INSPECTION		ACTION
1	VERIFY FREEZE FRAME DATA AND DIAGNOSTIC MONITORING TEST RESULTS HAS BEEN RECORDED • Have FREEZE FRAME DATA (mode2) or snapshot data been recorded?	Yes	Go to the next step.
1		No	Record the FREEZE FRAME DATA (mode2) and snapshot data on the repair order, then go to the next step.
2	VERIFY RELATED SERVICE INFORMATION AVAILABILITY • Verify related Service Information availability. • Is any related Service Information available?	Yes	Perform the repair or diagnosis according to the available Service Information. • If the vehicle is not repaired, go to the next step.
2		No	Go to the next step.
3	IDENTIFY TRIGGER DTC FOR FREEZE FRAME DATA (MODE2) • Is DTC P062F:00 on FREEZE FRAME DATA (mode2)?	Yes	Replace the SCR control unit, then go to the next step. (See SCR CONTROL UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR-CD 2.2].)
3		No	Go to troubleshooting for DTC on FREEZE FRAME DATA (mode2). (See DTC TABLE [MZR-CD 2.2].)
4	VERIFY AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE • Perform the “AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE”. (See AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE [MZR-CD 2.2].) • Are any DTCs present?	Yes	Go to the applicable DTC inspection. (See DTC TABLE [MZR-CD 2.2].)
4		No	DTC troubleshooting completed.
