1.Remove the under cover.

2.Set the front mudguard (RH) out of the way.

3.Remove the splash shield (RH).

4.Move the drive belt auto tensioner to the end in the direction shown in the figure, then insert the bolt to secure it.

Caution

• Use the following bolt to prevent incorrect installation.

Size : M6

Shape of the tip : Unpointed end or flat point

Bolt stem length : 40—55 mm {1.6—2.1 in}

5.Remove the drive belt.

6.Install the drive belt.

7.Remove the bolt inserted to the drive belt auto tensioner.

8.Install in the reverse order of removal.
